Quality Guarantee
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your parcel. We’ll happily offer a replacement, store credit, or refund — whichever feels right for you.
Change of Mind
As all our products are artisan-made and naturally formulated for freshness, we’re unable to accept returns for change of mind, scent preference, or individual skin response. We encourage you to try our sample sizes or visit us in person (if local!) to find the blend that speaks to your soul.
